Miltary and Police are running illegal checkpoints in  Santa Monica California in a direct violation of Posse Comitatus Act. This is martial law , now with the patriot act and the new NDAA s1867 in effect will we see a second American revolution? or will the people be lulled back to sleep by ridiculous TV programming? Police State Marches On: Young Marines Help With EPD Checkpoint 02/04/2012

Last week, on January 27th the Escondido Police held a checkpoint in which a group of “young marines” helped them stop drivers. This is something you should not see on the streets of Escondido.
