Canadian man finds tracking device on his truck

The SIM card is transmitting that data somewhere.  Do you really believe the authorities cant track that location? if so i have got some ocean front property on Planet Neptune id also like to sell you, it s on a ranch with purple and pink polka dotted unicorns on it.
