The University of California – Berkeley Police Department (UCPD) has acquired a $200,000 grant from the Department of Homeland Security to purchase an “Armored Response Counter Attack Truck,” a police department spokesman told Campus Reform on Friday.

The powers of government were specifically divided by our forefathers so that nobody could be more powerful than the other or turn the country into a dictatorship. Congress, which is the Legislative Branch, has the EXCLUSIVE right to declare war, NOT the executive or judicial branches, yet alone a foreign power like the UN.
Article 1, Section 8, Clause 8 of the United States Constitution, also known as the War Powers act says that “The Congress shall have power to lay to declare war, grant letters of marque and reprisal, and make rules concerning captures on land and water;”.
